This is a neat Polaroid action for Photoshop that does a pretty good job of reproducing 600 and Time-Zero styles, expired styles of said-formats, and will even add the emulsion streaks.
For anyone who thinks this is great, please consider that relying on a Photoshop Action is completely missing the point of what Polaroid is all about. There is more to it than merely mimicking the desaturated look; it’s the experience of hearing the click of the plastic shutter, the whrrr of the motor, the near-instant gratification of seeing a print develop before your eyes, the shaking the Polaroid (even though it has no positive effect on development), and the sharing of something tangible with friends and family. The difference is like playing The Sims or actually living life.
